#44 - New Smoothing Bar for Average and Contour Maps

When creating average and contour views in Farm Site or Site Pro, the smoothing bar eliminates extreme high and low values.   By increasing the amount of smoothing, the program will look at values from surrounding areas when computing the value to use at any spot on the map.  This will result in isolated high and low values being smoothed out and blended into surrounding areas
