Office - Accounting We have been paid and they were paid as well. The only place a payable and receivable is showing up in the in the Income and Sales Report as well as the Payables Report.
The information is correct in the income statement that I use for tax purposes.

Office - Accounting This is a single vendor that I had both a payable and receivable with in 2011. The transactions were originally setup in 2010. Funds were exchanged in 2011 by entereing a payable and receivable. Let's say, for example, the expense or income associated with vendor is custom application.
If I run a report for interest expense the vendor with show up in report as a payable and that payment was

Office - Accounting BTW. This was originally set up as a payable. Funds were received and entered in checking account.

Office - Accounting When reviewing Income and Purchases Reports one vendor shows up in every report. Even if they don't have the type of expense or income being reviewed.
How I would go about correcting?

Office - Accounting I am having issues loading my desktop software.
This all came about after having issues with Windows 7. I believe the work around for this issue is to run the software as administrator (I didn't realize this until after I saw a topic on the Discussion Boards). The issue came after I tried to resolve the issue by reloading and deinstalling/reloading the software.

Office - Accounting I have an accounts receivable from 08/12/2009. It can be viewed in the "Accounts Receivable Report". However, when I try to record it as income, the entry isn't available in the "Receive on Account" screen.
Does anyone know how to correct this problem?
