From the very first screen of the Trial Balance (Cash or Accrual) click on the View Menu and select All Accounts. Now the accounts will display - but will show zeros. Any accounts with zero balances will not show on the Balance Sheet. Hope this makes sense.

Office - Accounting Is the total harvested crop inventory correct (positive amount in one location less the negative amount in the field locations)? If so, then you can follow these steps to correct the problem.
1. Go to Accounting - Inventory Maitenance-Move Harvested Crops.
2. Select the correct Crop and Year. Go to the From box and select the location where we are carrying the positive qty.

Office - Mapping If this is an image map that is saved as an ArcView Shape file, right click on Field Name from the Red Barn Tab and select Import Background. This map can then be displayed and printed.
Yes is you have the planting data already imported this would replace the manually "Record Completed Job process". You will already have the layer properties that new attributes can be added to.

Office - Mapping Ok, let's try this. Log back in as the Administrator. Right click on the shortcut icon that is pointing to the C:farmproj folder, and select Properties. From the Shortcut tab there is an Advanced Button on Windows XP. Check the box to Run with different credentials. Apply and OK. Then log in as the User account with Power user status. Can you see the data now?

Office - Mapping Thanks for sending your data. I was able to duplicate the issue you are seeing. I have escalated the data and issue to development. It will be looked at, but cannot promise a time frame, but can promise it will be worked on. Other planting data imported from other data consoles is working fine. The answer is "we think so". We do not have this particular unit for testing. We do offer the Device setup for the Amazon Amatron+. As long as they share the same protocols it will work. Sorry I could not be of better help.

Office - Mapping Yes that does make a difference with Windows XP. Can the workstation logins be changed to a Power User status? if so, make that change and then login under the updated user account and install that way to correct the issue.

Office - Field Records Try while logged in as the Adminstrator - right click on the short cut icon and select Properties. Go to the Compatiblity Tab. near bottom I think there should be an option to go to User accounts and check to Run this program as an Administrator for all users. Apply and OK. Restart windows. Office - Mapping I am not certain what you mean by nested points. But if you are allowing Suspended logs, you hit the suspend button. Then go to the Log menu and change to logging a point. Select Points and Manual. Tap resume. Then you should have a Log button to log that point. Pause again. Change Log menu back to Boundary or Path and Automatic. Resume again.
