News Office Field Order Support About Us

Received my Nomad back from Trimble today. They repaired it a bad circuit power board which has been a problem since April. I installed SM 2010.6 and restored files I had lost when they fixed the Nomad. My Problem is that I was trying to log points within a few feet of each other today, and the gps does not move, until I mive at least 130 feet. I set the settings the same as my other Nomad and it still does not work right. In the Logging settings if I put seconds to 2 and feet to 2 which were the defaults, I have to go about 130 feet before all the sudden the gps catches. Changing the setting to say 1 second and 5-10 feet changes things a bit , but still need to move at least 20+ feet to get GPS to change. I then installed 2010.2 and same problem. Any ideas?
