When I enter and pay a payable or when I record a deposit, the account that I most likely will not be using is the one that comes up first. If I forget to change it to the correct account, then I enter the records in the wrong account and have to correct all that. Is there a way to make one account the one that always appears first when paying with a check or when depositing money in an account? I have a "daily receipts" account and a "Mainsource Bank" account and the "daily receipts" account is the default one. Is it alphabetical? Would renaming the the "Mainsource Bank" account with something alphabetically ahead of "daily" do it?
