My experiance with this is to reopen the Unfinished job on the RT in the job tab. Switch to your Map tab and if there is any guidance there, ( if you happen to have Guidemate) make sure you Close Guidance, then go to the Job tab and Finish the job.
Even if you did not use Guidance and it is available, this is what hangs the job up from being completely closed, and keeps it from being available to sync.
One other thing to look at is if you had the Automatic File Naming option checked or not.
