Greenstar VRA writing

I am trying to write to greenstar2, This worked with the 2011 version but comes up with an error in the 2012 version.
The error says that the problem is in programx86/commonfiles/mapshots/eic. I have been told to export shp. files into a rX folder. I would still like to be able to write to rcd files.
Hopefully you can help.

Can you try and make the Grid Size an whole number such as 9 or 10 instead of the 9.14. Once you have that changed, try to complete a write job data, are you still getting the error message?

Thank You
