Re: Rounding and Inventory

Mike,
This has nothing to do with priorities. I don't disagree with you that this is a problem. However, I have reviewed this with the programmers multiple times. The challenge is that this not a small programming change. And the bigger issue is that it goes to the very root of the way the program works. This goes beyond the amount of programming required and we've put this off due to the risk of introducing other (potentially more serious bugs). At some point in time, this area will require major changes (for other reasons) and at that point we will address the issue.

Again, I appreciate and respect that this is not ideal. However, your comments about priorities and other things are incorrect.

Fw's has spent a lot of time doing this ( making it convenient for people who won't buy Funds ) before they will invest in a fully functional windows program also?? I just wonder how long it will be before funds joins the 21st century??? Remember with out easy and accurate accounting information, everything else is 2nd place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe Trimble has different priorities for FW's than what I invision?
Thanks , Mike

Looking at the Move Harvested Crop window and seeing the old crop still listed, I noticed positive inventories in some locations and negative quantities in other locations. The positive and the negative amounts were the same total. So I moved the positive inventory to the negative inventory thus resulting in 0 total inventory for the crop.
