William, We have tried to duplicate this issue in both Stock as a stand alone program and when installed with the Farm Works Office software and cannot duplicate your problem. In Farm Stock, click on the Help Menu and select About and verify the version number for me. Also if running with FW Office, before running Farm Stock, click on the Help Menu there and select About Farm Works to verify the version number there. Please tell me exactly what you see for the numbers. Uploading a backup file

Here are the steps to follow for sending your project backup file to us:

1. Make a new backup file called (your name) date (no slashes).

2. Click onto the link below and follow these instructions;

3. Click on the Words "Upload Here".

4. When the small upload box appears click on the button called Browse.

5. Change the Look In box to where you saved the backup file from step 1.

6. Highlight the backup file name and click Open.

7. When you have returned back to the previous screen, click on the button called Upload below the file name box.

8. You will see the process bar and will receive a message when upload is complete.

9. Send me an email to tell me that your backup file is on our web site.
