I would try to remove the installed programs (SiteMate & Mobile). Once removed go through the install process for the Mobile Program again. This should eliminate the 2 icons and should place all the correct installer components in the correct place.

To remove the installed programs: Go to Start > Settings > System > Remove Programs. Select the Farm Works Mobile and or Farm Works Site Mate and then select Remove.

Once removed go through the install process again.
