Support Policy

When you choose Farm Works Software, you receive more than just an integrated software solution.  You also gain access to a responsive and knowledgeable team of Support Specialists who are ready to answer your questions.  Our Support Specialists offer friendly assistance in order to help you benefit from your software investment right from the start.  They are there when you need them the most.

After completion of registering the software, you will have 30 days of FREE phone support. An Update Service Plan can be purchased for $300 that extends phone support for one additional year and provides the latest enhancements/updates to the software for that same period. Alternately, phone support is available on a monthly basis for $50 per month (which does not include updates). These options may be started at any time when you feel you need it.

We will continue to offer free support by e-mail at farmwork@farmworks.com or by fax at 260-488-3737. You may typically expect a response within one business day for e-mail and faxed questions (a few hours in most cases). You may also visit our discussion groups.

Update Service Plan

The best value in acquiring additional assistance while maintaining the latest version is the Update Service Plan. This plan offers the user a complete package of the best support in the business, as well as, the most up to date programming available.
