There are a lot of you out there that
are converting your old Farm Trac maps over to Farm Trac+. Since Farm
Trac+ actually has GPS built into it's maps, it won't work with your
current maps until you set geographic coordinates. You will probably
notice this when you go to import USGS Road & Waterway Maps. If
you have an old, unreferenced Farm Trac map, you will get the message,
"Cannot Import Until Geographic Coordinates Have Been Set".
Registering a 0,0 Coordinate

a 0,0 coordinate on the drawn map. Use the Geographic Coordinate
tool (select Preferences from the File menu then select
Geographic Coordinates) to register this coordinate on any
spot of the map.
Here's
what to do:
-
Go to File, Preferences, Geographic Coordinates.
-
Your pointer will have a globe

-
Click in the middle of your screen (it doesn't
matter where you click
