The Trimble® Juno® handheld computer is an economical solution that includes an integrated GPS, digital camera, and optional cellular modem.  Install the Farm Works™ Mobile software (sold separately) on the Juno to calculate field acreage, locate soil sample points by grid or zone, scout for pests or problem areas, or to collect important field records.

The next generation of the Trimble Juno series—the Juno 3B and 3D handhelds are tougher, faster, and more modern. Each Juno handheld offers the Windows® Embedded Handheld operating system which is more intuitive and easier to navigate.

With the Trimble Juno series handhelds, you are empowered for every day fieldwork with a fully integrated, GPS-based data collection system. Farmers and agribusinesses can improve their efficiency when performing GPS mapping, scouting, soil sampling, field record keeping, and other important jobs. Data is safe and secure with its redesigned shell which is resistant to dust, water, and shock.

Standard wireless capabilities include built-in Bluetooth®, giving you cable-free connections to peripherals such as RFID readers and barcode scanners, and the built in cellular modem enables you to exchange data wirelessly utilizing the Office Sync solution.  The Juno handheld gives you flexible connectivity methods to meet your farm business needs.

*The cellular capability of the Juno 3D handheld is powered by a Cinterion (Siemens) HC25 module. The Juno 3D will operate in 2.5G mode on GPRS and EDGE networks supporting any of the 850/900/1800/1900 MHz bands or in 3G/3.5G mode on supported 3G and HSDPA networks supporting any of the 850/1900/2100 MHz bands. The Juno series handhelds will not operate on legacy CDMA networks.  The Juno SC handheld has PTCRB certification, and can be operated license-free on networks which accept these cellular certifications, and which do not require explicit certification by the network carrier. Examples are the T-Mobile and Virgin Wireless networks in the USA, and the Vodafone networks in Europe.  Please note the Juno 3D does not have AT&T certification, and cannot therefore be used on the AT&T network in the USA, or the Rogers network in Canada.
