Dispatch is a component of the Connected Farm™ solution. Dispatch allows you to track vehicle movement in order to maximize fuel usage and improve fleet management.

Dispatch may also be used to place geo-fences around farms and fields to identify when vehicles are entering or leaving a site in order to eliminate incorrect chemical application on crops and minimize vehicle theft.

Office Requirements:

  • Desktop computer with Microsoft® Windows 2000 or higher (includes XP, Vista, and 7) and an Internet connection
  • 128 MB Memory
  • 50 MB Hard Drive Space

Field Requirements:

  • Trimble DCM-300 modem (CDMA or GSM/GPRS cellular options)

Additional Requirements:

  • Annual connection service for Dispatch (wireless data plan is included)
  • Track vehicle movement in order to maximize fuel usage and improve fleet management.
  • Utilize geo-fences around farms and fields to identify when vehicles are entering or leaving a site in order to eliminate incorrect chemical application on crops and minimize vehicle theft.
  • Use e-mail alerts to notify managers when employees travel beyond farm zones.

Office Software Download:

Trial Version:
Click here to download a free trial version of Trac or Trac/Site office software.  When prompted during the install wizard, please select the "Trial Version" option. The Trac or Trac/Site software can be installed to your desktop computer and used for 15 days.  Please note that the 15 days of use are based on actual days using the software and not the number of days installed.  If you do not run the software for several days these days will not count toward the 15 day trial use.  For this trial an internet connection is necessary to open the program.

 

You may stop the trial use at any time by purchasing “Software Product Codes”  for each program.  Each time you run the software you will have an option to enter the software codes to gain unlimited access to the software.  No data is lost after the expiration of the trial version.  If you purchase the software and enter the software codes after the expiration, all of your data will be available for use.  Software codes may be purchased by using one of the options below.
