Site integrates with Trac to provide mapping and layers.  Features include downloading aerial imagery, drawing or importing field boundaries, and creating crop zones.  Site offers many options when reading or writing data to popular precision farming devices.

 

Site provides unlimited layers for yield mapping, application logs, soil types, soil sample points, and more.  Basic variable rate prescription maps are easy to create and will export to many file formats and popular hardware devices.  The integration with Trac is especially unique.  For example, if importing yield or application data into Site, Trac will convert this spatial data into a field record.  Integration that provides less work for you and better record keeping for your operation.

  • Use the coordinate system that fits the job - Degrees, Degrees-Minutes, Degrees-Minutes-Seconds, OSGB, or UTM.
  • Manually create simple prescription maps from other layers, such as yield maps or soil type zones, for variable rate application jobs. 
  • Product summary of application maps allows you to see total quantity needed to complete job and approximate cost.
  • Buffer tool allows you to select a field boundary (or part of a boundary) and enter a distance or area to have the program create a buffer.
  • Create "Reconciled Yield Maps" that match up to yield from grain tickets or other sources.
  • Copy points, paths, or areas/polygons between maps/layers.
