The Trac Mate software provides a portable data entry solution for field records.

Enter detailed field records on chemicals, seed varieties, fertilizers, equipment usage, and scale tickets in the palm of your hand.  When using Trac Mate, you can be assured of capturing accurate field records and having them available for future decision making.  Avoid late nights or waiting for a rainy day to update your field records.  Trac Mate makes record keeping quick and easy.

 

Another important aspect of Trac Mate is the multi-user functionality.  If multiple workers are gathering field records with Trac Mate, all licensed copies will synchronize into a single desktop solution.  Once you establish your first year, utilize the history button to view job operations from prior years.  Easily find that variety history or important harvest information when you need it the most.

Requirements:

  • Mobile computer (such as the Trimble® Juno™) installed with Microsoft® Windows® Mobile, Windows CE, or laptop running Windows 2000 or higher (including XP, Vista, and 7)
  • 32MB RAM
  • Trac desktop software for sorting and printing of field records
  • Site Mate and GPS receiver is required to have GPS coverage maps linked to field records

Used in Conjunction with Site Mate:

  • When you have a GPS position within a field boundary, the program will auto-detect the field and will automatically use that field for jobs.
  • Automatically lists "Work-orders" for the nearest field.
  • Integrates GPS traceability with field records.
  • All operations time and date stamped from GPS.
  • Start time, end time, hours, and area automatically calculated with GPS.
  • Coverage map combined with field record.
  • Synchronize with office software to print reports which includes application map (such as multiple seed varieties in a single field).
