New Pricing Structure for Updates

As of September 1, 2008, the pricing structure for updating your software was changed.  The Update Service Plans are detailed below.

Update Service Plan

The best value in acquiring additional assistance while maintaining the latest version is the Update Service Plan. This plan offers the user a complete package of the best support in the business, as well as, the most up to date programming available. After completion of registering your software, you will have 30 days of FREE updates and phone support. An Update Service Plan can be purchased for $300 that extends phone support for one additional year and provides the latest enhancements/updates to the software for that same period. Alternately, phone support is available on a monthly basis for $50 per month (which does not include updates). These options may be started at any time when you feel you need it.


Update Serice Plan - Grower Includes:

  • One year of Updates to your software.
  • One year of Phone Support.
  • 20% Off Farm Works classroom style or online training classes (not valid for consultant or dealer class).
  • Automatic renewal at the end of your year.

Price: $300/year + Shipping & Handling
(Non-Automatic Renewal Agreement $325/year + Shipping & Handling)
If you purchase the Update Service Plan with new software products, you will receive an additional $100 off of your total order.


Update Serice Plan - Retail (Site Pro) Includes:

  • One year of Updates to your software.
  • One year of Phone Support.
  • 20% Off Farm Works classroom style or online training classes (not valid for consultant or dealer class).
  • Automatic renewal at the end of your year.

Price: $400/year + Shipping and Handling
(Non-Automatic Renewal Agreement $425/year + Shipping and Handling)
If you purchase the Update Service Plan with new software products, you will receive an additional $100 off of your total order.
