This morning I uploaded my project and sent an e-mail to Kathy saying what I called it - I have a problem on my enterprise statements and set that out in the e-mail. Thanks so much!by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Field Records
Does the version 2013.04.541 contain the update for employee social security withholding for 2013? Thanks.by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Accounting
Will there be an update for the employee payroll social security change effective 1/1/2013? Thank you.by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Accounting
Thank you, Kathy, for the excellent directions - I have it done!by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Mapping
I have a field that has always been one crop enterprise, either corn or soybeans. This year part of the field will be corn and part will be soybeans. I have the two enterprises set up, but how do I split my map? Thank you.by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Mapping
I have my corn and soybean inventory listed in harvested crops. I have some 2011 corn and soybeans and now my 2012 corn and soybeans. I just did an entry to sell some 2011 corn out of my 2011 harvested crop inventory, but the only grain listed in the drop down menu now for the location is 2012 corn. and I can't arrow up or down to get to 2011 corn. Why is my 2011 corn not there? It is there ifby Shirley Maschoff - Office - Accounting
Yes, I believe so and thank you so much - again!by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Mapping
I think you may have answered my question in your other post about the mapping. Thanks.by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Mapping
I want to print on the map the yield per acre bushel for a specific portion of the field.by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Mapping
Is there any way to print the information that appears on the mapping informatin tab? Thank you.by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Mapping
I am wondering if there is a way I can manually select a specific area of a field and then find the yield data for that specific area. My supervisor wishes me to do this for some fields prior to 7 a.m. on November 2, 2012. Thank you.by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Mapping
I have a legend template set up for corn - dry yield. I am wondering if there is a way I can copy that template so that I can use it for my corn - dry yield - RECONCILED maps without going thru the steps to make another template. Thank you.by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Mapping
Thank you, Martin. I was surprised to get an answer from Austrailia! I tried this in a copy of my program and it does seem to work. One more question - this won't mess up anything in my accounting or enterprise statements will it, since it records a farming operation when I change the enterprise and then when I change it back.by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Mapping
I am looking at the Yield Variety Report, the page labeled "Summary" on which the various seed varieties are listed, followed by acres, moisture, bushels, etc. I am looking at Krahmer, Inc., Krahmer Farms, and then all of the fields listed under Krahmer Farms. We are only one large operation - there are no other clients.by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Field Records
Okay, I imported the stuff into the practice copy of my program. The guidance line maps come up under 2013 crop enterprises rather than 2012. I had to set up a new supply and a new field and then ritire/delete them. If I were to now import this stuff into my regular project, would it skip over the fields I already have done, or would it import them all again? As I said before, I have alreadyby Shirley Maschoff - Office - Field Records
I made a copy of my project and deleted out all the harvest jobs. Then I tried importing all data from Trimble FMX. I get to the linker screen and there is stuff that says ?????supply and there are "test" jobs, so I don't know what to link them to, in order to get farther to see what is going to import. What should I try in order to see what will import?by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Field Records
Where do the acres listed on the yield variety report come from? Do they come from the planter or from the combine? Also, on the summary, why are the same seed varieties listed more than once?by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Field Records
Our combine operator is going to try to download just the harvest data sometime today, but in the meantime I am reading the posts and replies from "earzlie" and am wondering if I am not able to import just one field at a time, how am I going to do this. I have already imported all my fields but five of them and have imported the scale ticket information. This was all very time consumiby Shirley Maschoff - Office - Field Records
Okay - on my other question though, I tried importing another field, just one field and when it was done importing, I had every field, not just one field. I had only chosen the harvest job for one field.by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Field Records
I tried importing one field and got a message import not responding - it was at 7% - so I shut computer down and tried another field. I highlighted just one field name and it said importing, etc. and I thought all was good, but then I got a linker screen that had every field on it, instead of just the one field I had chosen. Any ideas on this?by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Field Records
I am running Farm Works Version 2013.01.533. Before this update I was using instructions from Kathy in a post dated September 5, 2012, in which I was to import using Trimble FMX and highlighted the Yield Points Only ISO (.xml). Now that Yield Points Only option is not there. I selected all data, and have these boxes checked on the screen "update field boundaries" and "Ignoreby Shirley Maschoff - Office - Field Records
Hi Kathy - Since I uploaded my program, perhaps you could look at this in my program. Thanks. Shirleyby Shirley Maschoff - Office - Mapping
Thanks Kathy - and thanks for keeping my backup project - it might come in handy again!by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Field Records
I printed a yield variety report - I chose 2012 corn and what I get is 2011 soybeans, 2011 corn, 2012 corn and 2012 soybeans. Is there any way I can print a report of just 2012 corn? Thanks.by Shirley Maschoff - Office - Field Records
I have installed the update now. I refreshed the variety map on two fields and printed a yield variety report. Now I have another question. Here is an example of reports I printed: Enterprise Statement - total dry corn bushels is 17,001.08 (which is scale ticket bushels I entered in) Yield Monitor Loan Report - total dry corn bushels is 17,449.98 (which is bushels originally imported fromby Shirley Maschoff - Office - Field Records
