Office - Surface I believe you will export the VRA Planned jobs as ArcView Shape files for use with the Topcon X20 - thus why the data driver only works for the Read Job Data process.

Office - Mapping Mapping for Field Records would be appopriate for you post. Have you tried to import that flags as background layers in FW Office. They may need to be exported as ArcView Shape files from the Apex first. We should be able to read in the products applied from the GS2. I recommend you contact our Support Department a call at 800-282-4103 and a technician will have you upload the data for review.

Office - Surface No. The Windows Temp folder is used to hold temporary Print preview pages or reports etc. If a program, Farm Works or any others, is using the file it will not allow you remove anyway.

Field - Hardware Are we using the Points or Areas when setting up the Make Sample Grid? If points, then once the Sample Grid points have been created - we can use the Edit Layer (green pencil) button and with the pointer tool Left click and hold on point one unit turning into a hand and drag the point to desired location. Repeat for each one that needs to be changed. Click Save and Close.

During the "Make Sampling Grid" process when ready to click in the corner of field for location where first sample will be taken, are you clicking in the exact border corner and then making sure the grid line that can be moved for alignment is matching the border line BEFORE you make that second left click to create the Sampling map?

Office - Mapping From the CF app go to the Settings and select Send Feedback (you may need to scroll down to locate that option). State what the problem is and Submit. This sends an email to CF, which gives us extra information about the phone itself that will aid in getting this issue resolved for you.

Office - Field Records Having both SiteMate and FW Mobile installed on same handheld would not cause the issue you are having. When you go through the Sync process from FW Office project and clicking on the Resource list button - are you making sure you are selecting all the Inputs you want to send to handheld? Office - Mapping Scott's recommendation will be best then, disabling the warning messages and audible beeps. Then you do not need to worry about going into the GPS settings at all. Those other options should remain each time you go in and out of the program.

Office - Mapping At this point it would be best to call our Support Department a call at 800-282-4103 for further assisntance. There are too many variables that could be causing the issue and would be best to speak with a technician, so they can check all areas of what your steps are and what can be changed to correct the issue.

Office - Field Records No - if you are not doing VRA application the coverage map will only be one color. If you are getting the write back from the controller you can try viewing the map in 3D to see what you get. But do not think in this setup you will.

Miscellaneous Discussion What some are doing is setting up the Planned VRA for the correct population rates. Print the Planned reports that may be taken to field for reference. Then go to the Jobs tab and view this VRA Planned Map. From the Map tab, click the Edit Layer (green pencil) button. Change the rates from Population to the needed KSDS rate. Save and Close. Then Write the data out. Sorry for this work around for

Office - Mapping If there are no jobs left on the hand held - I would connect unit to main computer. Go into Windows Explore and locate drive reading the handheld and open. Delete the TMSMData folder off the handheld. From FW Office Synchronize Mobile again following all my previous steps.
