I am on the version before the latest That way I can finish out my year end before making more changes if possible. It is one field and if I put a landlord share in, (Even in the load column only for the landlord and our load) it wants to use that percent across all the acres not just the north end of field which is a crop share ? I am trying to get the bu for landlord out of our ent sby Leslie - Office - Accounting
I am working with some harvest inventory stuff too and will be talking with Kathy Monday when she gets back in to see if I can get the crop to the right bin without the fields showing in the selection process. There is one farm with north end that is fifty /fifty and south end is owned. Farmed as one field tho so trying to keep that process simple? and accurate to scale tickets. We have had that question for three seasons :) FW and Trimble are starting to work more on the duplication issue just that no one knows when, but it has been submitted to development That will help someday. Yes I keep my files on flash drive for play purposes to find solutions and on a desktop for that year of crop Do you find that the desk top storage helps for reading in the files whenby Leslie - Office - Accounting
Our dealer clears out monitor each season. So our duplicates come when trying to load day 1, 2, 3 into FW software then when I do day 4, 5, 6 it reads in 1 - 6 days with two of 1-3 So you must read yours in as a season? Not a daily review of your operation at harvest? We do not have past seasons in monitor. I keep flash drives for each download throughout the season so I know what hby Leslie - Office - Accounting
Have you had any issue with data duplication? Are you on connected farm? What yield monitor are you using? The yield data from the usb imported daily duplicates the yield data every time in the job properties for all the harvest previously imported. This ques for the 3rd season has now been sent by FW to development. So someday a fix for the duplication will help. I used to entby Leslie - Office - Accounting
Thanks so much for your feedback ! Happy New Year! And thanks for all your posts to help others in the data management process. It is so nice to know others have the same questions! 3 seasons ago we purchased our FMX for a yield monitor and auto steering and have had multiple ques since. This year while importing the raw data from usb to develop the YMLR, I was seeing data with difby Leslie - Office - Accounting
Mitch, Were you able to find a way for your YMLR to match your yields that you posted about? Ours were off some too? Thanks for any feedbackby Leslie - Office - Accounting
I have seen posts in the recent past on the harvested crop inventory question We have data that was imported from a FMX into job properties after harvest from usb. The imported quantities had to be manually corrected to match actual yields and I set up a bin for Corn for 2014 crop for accounting purposes and that is the destination used when entering in the correct harvested quantities for thby Leslie - Office - Accounting
