Payable payments should show in the Transaction Maintenance. Go to Accounting - Payments & Purchases - Transaction Maintenance. Enter correct date range for payable needing editing and click the Update List button. Highlight the payable transaction and click the Void button. This will void the payment so that you can then make changes to the to the payable. Thank Youby Nicole Yoquelet - Office - Accounting
The best option to "undo" would be to restore a project backup from before the adjustments, other than that the only undo for an adjustment is to re-do the adjustment. If to adjusted to 0 but should have 1000 bushels you will need to enter a 1000 into the adjustment screen. We are not really stealing beans from another year, you are just balancing the inventory out. For example whby Nicole Yoquelet - Office - Accounting

What type of information are you trying to Sync in? Try to upload again. Does it show the data now? Thank Youby Nicole Yoquelet - Trimble Ag Software (Web & Mobile)
Todd, Once you select the Option for Upload the next screen should be "Select the machine that created the files". I am assuming that you do not have any machines listed here. Select the option to "Add Machines Using Connected Farm". This will take you to the Fleet Side of the dashboard when you will select the option to "Create a new Vehicle" and select save.by Nicole Yoquelet - Trimble Ag Software (Web & Mobile)
What version of Farm Works are you currently running? If the guidance lines are the same they should not be adding extra lines unless there are new guidance lines logged on display. There is not an option to import or not import the guidance lines unless they are listed in the Read Job Data screen. If they are listed there as a line item you can unselect them and those will then not impoby Nicole Yoquelet - Office - Mapping

What Ip address are you entering? What specifically are you wanting to change by accessing the Web Service Tool? The "ipconfig" is not intended to be used for or with the DCM. The DCM uses the Web Service Tool to configure. Thank Youby Nicole Yoquelet - Trimble Ag Software (Web & Mobile)
You are correct. The reset will not remove any files from the display or device nor will it remove it from the "cloud" Thank Youby Nicole Yoquelet - Trimble Ag Software (Web & Mobile)
Dusty, The Reset Files will clear the files from the inbox, outbox, etc. If you have selected that option and need to actually import those files you can use the Previous Files Options. This will bring files back into the Inbox allowing you to use the Process Inbox Option. Hope this helps! Thank Youby Nicole Yoquelet - Trimble Ag Software (Web & Mobile)
Dave, I did some testing here and if you connect a USB keyboard to the Yuma II you can use the Print Screen option on the keyboard to take a screenshot and then paste within Paint. All this can be done on the Yuma II. If you have a Nomad or Juno, to get screenshots or images, nstall Remote Display or something similar. This will allow you to connect your handheld to your computer andby Nicole Yoquelet - Office - Surface
I am not familiar with *.gps or *.TP3 files. There is not an import option for those files within the Farm Works program. Farm Works can read in drainage and tile information from Trimble FmX integrated display unlocked for the WM-Drain solution at a positioning level of RTK or GLONASS. If you had access to *.Shp files those can be read into the program as a background or by using the reby Nicole Yoquelet - Office - Mapping
Leanna, The point (dot) on the screen represents where you took the image. To view the image you will need to right click on the point and select Properties. On the Properties screen you will see an IMAGE tab. Select that to view your image. The notes can be viewed in the properties section as well, but will also be listed as an attribute in the Views column. Do you have other devices listed that you could try to process a completed job in? If you create a test project does it allow you to process the job into the program without crashing? Thank Youby Nicole Yoquelet - Trimble Ag Software (Web & Mobile)
Are you adding this as new structure or an asset improvement on an existing asset? Will the materials be purchased at once or separate transactions? There are a couple different options that we can do but it depends on the answers to the questions above. If you know what the bushels and acres are I would edit the jobs to correct them now. If you are unsure of exact quantities and acres I would wait to enter then until you are sure, that way you are not doing double the work. If you are needing reports and such for the tax year you can make the edits and then re-edit again when the final count is in. However, the decision is entirely up to you,by Nicole Yoquelet - Office - Field Records

Miles, I have not specifically spoken to customers using this particular setup, however it should work. The Yuma should be able to work with the AT&T or Verizon. As long as there is a valid WiFi signal you should be able to connect. Maybe there are some users that can comment to give you a little more detail.
