Office - Surface If you need to run a tile through an area with no data, you will get the message you described earlier. I will pass on your request to clean up the maps that are printed with errors so they are something that can be given to a prospective client.

There is not a way to get the Lat and Long to show up in the legend boxes.
The legend is designed to designate what the colors on the map represent.

Field - GPS Mapping, Scouting, Soil Sampling & VRA We do not have any standard formulas that we provide to our end users. Some resources for formulas that may work for you would be you local extension service, state universities, and possibly your fertilizer dealer.

Office - Mapping Installing a software called pdf995 will create a new printer driver to your computer. When you are at the preview page of a map display, you can change the Printer setup to this pdf995 driver. When you click the printer icon, instead of trying to print a hard copy, it will instruct you to enter a file name and select the desired saved location folder on computer. Office - Mapping Your accountant can make the adjustment on the schedule F when filing taxes. However to keep the accumulated depreciation correct as you move forward, the amount will need to be entered in the current year column on the Asset Depreciation screen.
If you would like to show the reduction in Depreciation expense for all of the 179 expenses, this can be done by going into Payment and Purchases -&

If you have not done the year end for 2012 yet, and the the section 179 should be included with that years depreciation expense, you can go to depreciation - asset depreciation and enter in the additional depreciation in the current year column.

The aerial photos that come up on the desktop are not able to be exported to the mobile program.
The field boundary for each field can be exported and used as a background. This is done via the Sync Mobile option under the file menu. In the Sync Option screen, be sure to mark the box for upload boundary.

If so this would have been rolled into the cost of the new equipment in the accounting book value.

Office - Accounting The Farmworks Icon should open the Farm Works program. If you have the Farm Site Program installed you should have the option for importing yield data.
If this icon does not open the program, you will need to re-install the program.

On this screen is where the current year depreciation values are entered. Once the correct current depreciation is entered it will show as a depreciation expense on your income statement.
