Installing a software called pdf995 will create a new printer driver to your computer. When you are at the preview page of a map display, you can change the Printer setup to this pdf995 driver. When you click the printer icon, instead of trying to print a hard copy, it will instruct you to enter a file name and select the desired saved location folder on computer. Your accountant can make the adjustment on the schedule F when filing taxes. However to keep the accumulated depreciation correct as you move forward, the amount will need to be entered in the current year column on the Asset Depreciation screen. This is done via the Sync Mobile option under the file menu. In the Sync Option screen, be sure to mark the box for upload boundary.
