I apologize for your frustration and please know that Trimble still appreciates you as a customer and we want to do all we can to help you to use our software whether or not you choose to update to the latest version.

Your message didn't say specifically what help you're missing. I'm guessing that it is the old support page that used to exist on the farmworks.com website. I'll talk to our marketing department as I see the older helps and tutorials did not transfer over to our new site. i'm fairly certain that these have not been lost...
