I suspect you could have two layers of points stacked on top of each other. Try these steps to eliminate them.

1. Display the problem harvest map.
2. Click the Show Me button (looks like field glasses)
3. Check the box for Dry Yield and enter from 0 to 0 and click OK.
4. Click OK at the show me screen.
5. Now displayed should only be points with zero values.

To eliminate them completely you can do the following:

1. While still having the zero point view from above, click the Edit Layer (green pencil) button.
2. Rubber band around all the points
3. This will place a cross hatch pattern on all there zero points
4. Right click on the mapping screen and select Delete.
5. Click Save and Close.

Then you can click on the Show Me button again and click the make all data visible and click OK. Now the map should look correct for the real harvest data.
