What version of FW Office are you running and the Voyager II FODD version. You can see your installed version by going to the Help Menu and select Check for Updates. Check box at bottom called Show all available components. Go to where you see the FW Office and also the Voyager 2. There will be a column labeled Installed. This is what I need to have.
