Unfortunately, I have not seen this error before. Since part of the error talks about a System Runtime, I would suggested to go back to the help - check for updates. Check the box to show all available components. Check box called FODM Runtime and click OK. Close FW manually as instructed after the download is complete. Click Install. Test the Read Job data again. If that does not change anything, create a new blank project and see if you get the same error. If you do not, then the project could have data corruption.

If still needing further help, it would be best to send email to TABS_support@trimble.com or call 800-282-4103. Either way a case will get created and a Support Technician can help with the issue.
