We have been testing the preparation of RDS Treatment Files using "Write Job Data" but we seem to have no control on the farm and field numbers used which are needed to find for treatment files on the RDS box.
The problem is that there are pre-existing *.rds resource files on the sdcard which have been used for many years both for fertilizer and also for the Ceres combine yield monitor and there is no wish to create a whole new numbering system (indeed the confusion is likely to lead to errors if fthe operator specifies farm/field by number for quickness rather than picking of the "List" by name).
We have figured out that Farm Works seems to have its own idea about farm and field numbers and we discovered what they are by outputting them to a fresh sd card selecting the "Memory Drive (Resources Only) option under RDS in the "Write Job Data" menu.
Obviously we need to change the Farm Works farm and field numbers to match up with the existing RDS numbering system.
Sorry if this is REALLY obvious but we cannot figure out how to do this!
* Can the existing farmlist.rds and fields*.rds files be imported - there is no corresponding option on the "Read Job Data" menu?
* Can the farm and field numbers be edited in Farm Works (this is 2016.03.00.75) - these don't feature in "preferences" or anywhere else we can find, but must be stored somewhere?
On a separate note - is it possible to import the *.x* treatment logs produced by RDS? They show up when selecting "Loup - RDS Yield File" but attempting to import them fails, presumably because the format is not quite identical?
