It looks to me like you don't have any field boundaries defined. If all you have is the shape file of all your fields, that is what it is going to print, all of them. You could zoom in to one field and print the screen in order to get a field.

You have a field listed, but have you defined the boundaries to that field?
Right click on field in the tree, Edit boundaries, then draw, trace out the field boundaries, Save and Close. Another way is from your shape file, right click on the field on the map you want boundaries for and select copy, right click on the field name in the tree, select Edit boundaries, right click on map and select Paste Addition, Save and Close.

Now when you select that field from the tree it should automatically zoom to that field with the defined boundaries.
