Sorry, that you are having so much trouble. I do need some extra information to be able to evaluate where the problem lies. Within Farm Works go to the Help - check for updates. Check the box at the bottom called Show all available components. From the current listing, scroll to the ISO Task Data Drive and tell me the version you see installed.

From the FMX, go to the System Tab from the start up screen and tell me the Firmware version it is running.
