You will have a new layer called this, if you checked the box to create composite Layer. To make things simple, display this layer as top layer. Click the Green pencil button (Edit Layer). Rubber band around the entire layer. Right click and select Add Label. Check the boxes for the Dry Yield and Variety Attributes. Click OK. The map will display the variety name with the correct avg. dry yield for each section of the map.
