Hi Kathy - Here is the latest reply ever, because I thought we were going to do stuff differently. Here is my story:
1. We used Precision 20/20 for planting monitor.
2. We did not use planned jobs.
3. Corn seed was purchased and put into inventory.
4. Boss wanted corn seed name to be specific to micronutrients that were going on with seed, so when planting was done, my Farm Works seed names were changed in the planter monitor. When I imported planting info I just linked seed names used to the seed I had.
5. I think this should have been done differently from the get go, but now it is harvest time and boss is wondering if I can get maps that show where the micronutients went. I think that probably without starting almost all over with the planting information, this is not going to work.
6. Boss wants me to make a copy of my project and try some things. Last time I made a copy of my project, I first made a backup which was good because when I tried to make a copy, Farm Works crashed and my check register information was all gone. I restored my project and have not tried to make a copy of my project since. I am thinking my project is just too big and that is why it crashed.
7. Do you think there is any way I can do what boss wants without starting all over?
Thanks so much!
Shirley
