The instructions Mitch gave are correct (thank you Mitch) and one way to accomplish what you are needing.

Another way is if the map is made up of points, you can use the split feature. This is done by displaying the map > selecting the points/area that should be moved to another field > right-click within this area > choose split. This will give you a new job to represent the area that was split which you can then reassign to the correct field name. If the jobs were logged with the same attributes, you can then merge the job you split with the existing job for the correct field. (If the program is unable to merge these because of difference in attributes, etc, it will notify you with a message stating "The selected jobs cannot be merged".)

If the map is not made up of points (circle shape) and is polygons (square or rectangle shape) instead, you will be unable to use the split feature and will have to use Mitch's suggestion.
