What is the exact error message the customer is receiving during installation? If it says "FWVygFOD - a newer version is already installed" and gives you an Ok option, this is ok. It just means you currently have a newer Voyager data driver than what is trying to install. Please click Ok and continue with the installation.

They can read in their CNH data by going to Read Job Data and selecting the correct Monitor option then browsing for the corresponding file/folder.
