boundary layer is off alignment

I recently wrote data to a usb card and now my boundary layer is not aligned with backdrop map. Our farm fields are about 30 miles apart from North to South and 18 miles apart West to East to give you an idea on our coverage area. My boundary layer shows our very north field is off about 150 feet and our very south fields are 850 to 900 feet off. Everything needs to be shifted to the west by those amounts. Vertically the boundary layer seems fine. The roads and waterway map layer is aligned perfect with the backdrop map and any layer that I add from planters and drills and old yield maps all seem to go to the right place. It's just my boundaries of the all my fields that are off. Not sure what and how to fix this problem. Thanks
