Yes the data import just fine on my computer as well. So we know the data is good. As I mentioned from our email responses, I suspect it is an issue with how drivers have been installed on your computer again. Please give me a call at 800-282-4103 and I will walk through the several steps it will take to get your computer back to where it needs to be.
