Hi Westal,

I'd like you to try the following please. Right click on the shortcut icon and select Properties. Click the Compatibility tab. Select/tick the box at the bottom called Run this program as an Administrator and OK it. Then try the automatic online registration again. Let me know if you are getting some sort of registration error as well?

Does the account have full administrator priviliges, or are you installing on a network?
