Sounds like you have "Relative Heights" turned on in the FmX. With relative heights turned on the master benchmark will be logged at the actual elevation then all other points will be relative to that master benchmark. Turn off relative heights in the FmX then all your points will be logged as the actual elevation of the point. It seems to me that it would be real easy for Farmworks to fix the data as it is read in (just take the master benchmark height and add the value of each other logged point) then just make a checkbox on the read job data screen to indicate if the data was logged with relative heights or not. We have had many customers have to go survey fields over again because of this.
