Zone Sampling -- the process?

I'm struggling with this whole process on soil sample import/export etc...
I have my zones developed, I want to designate sample points within my zones, export them to Co-Op so all they have to do is drive to the point (no thinking on their part :) ) they are using SMS program with SMS mobile for collecting data. So far my zones come up in their program but somehow get numbered and colored different, so I'm sure we need to work with their software. So the next step would be to get samples results loaded into FW. The questions I have are:

1. How do I clip sample points to my zones to export to CoOp?
2. How do I import sample results and apply the results to the whole zone not just to the point?
3. If I do have them pick the points for sampling, do I just create a point layer from their sample points and overlay it on my zone maps for future reference or can I tie it to the zone somehow?

I have looked at the manual and all I seem to find is for grid sampling, talking around it seems that zone sampling is getting very popular so maybe an explanation for the zone sampling procedure might come in handy for a few people. Thanks
