A couple of suggestions to speed things up a bit for you:
- If you performed the same farming action on many fields then you can record all fields in one action (even if the action was done on different days). To do this select all of the icons involved in the farming action, click on the start farming button then click on each field. You can click on the OK button in the Acres Farmed box for each field then click on the next field. When finished click on the End Farming button (or right-click) and the farming box will appear. You can now enter information in the "Total" column instead of entering it for each field. Numbers entered in the Total column will be split between the field based on the size of each field. Text based items (such as weather information) will be copied to all fields. If different fields were farmed on different dates, you can change the date for each field.

- If the only thing you are interested in is the enterprise statement for each field (you don't need notations or chemical records), then with Farm Fund$ you can go under the Accounting menu to Enterprises and select Allocate Inputs. In this box you can allocate Supplies, People and Equipment to the fields they were used in. To manually add chemical records go under the History menu to Chemicals and select Add/Edit Record.

I hope this helps!
