Jim,
I think you're having two different problems:
1. You want to use the option for "AL-2000 Binary or DOS PC Card" to read data off the card. The AL-2000 PCMCIA card option is for non-DOS formatted cards (the old version of Ag Leader).
The next release of Farm Site will simplify this since the program won't ask you what format your data is in. Instead it will figure it out itself and import the data.

2. I checked with our PC Card "guru" and he said to do the following:
a. Go to the Start menu and choose "Run" and enter "sysedit".
b. In the System Configuration Editor click on the "Config.sys" window.
c. Add these two lines to your config.sys:
devicehigh=c:windowssystemcsmapper.sys
devicehigh=c:windowssystemcarddrv.exe /slot=2
d. Save the file then exit.
e. Shut Down Windows and reboot your computer.

Hopefully, this will solve your problem and get you going again!
