I am assuming since you posted ""it is no longer synching", that it was working. So are you saying since something updated to Lollipop - which I am uncertain what that is, it has stopped working? I recommend that from the Scouting App, you select the Settings and go into the Feedback. Type you same problem there and it may not hurt to give them you User name and password information. This Feed back will be sent to CF@trimble.com. There will additional information about the phone that we could not access for viewing. You will receive and email on what can be done to help you.
