I suspect that when you installed the Mapping software you did not include to install the Accounting along with this. I will check you account and make sure you have the correct Accounting CD Key number for the version 2014 and email that off to you. Then you will need to re-install the version 2014 and check both options for Mapping and Accounting. This will correct the problem you are having.
