Triimble Nomad 900L

I have just upgraded to a trimble Nomad 900L I have loaded farmworks mobile on to it but can't get satellite connection. I am told it is to do with the firmware version 1.1 that is on the Nomad, On the trimble website they don't have a download for the 900L firmware can you help
