Food for thought - the excellent tip promoted by Farmworks to "annotate" the help files as a way to record specific extra information about an item is a very valuable tool. Please remember when you install an upgrade to your Help files your annotated notes are overwritten and disappear into the black hole called "OOPS", or something similar. I use the Windows clipboard copy function to copy the annotated note into NotePad and use the Print function within NotePad to generate a hard copy of my carefully constructed annotations. I also save the notes copied into NotePad as a file so I can reverse the operation and easily update my new Help files with my original notes.
