Shane, send me another email with your complete CD Key number for the Mobile please. We are going to try and setup a network key and run the installation again with this new key and get registered. Please do not post your CD key on the DG Forum. Another thing I thought of would be to close Mobile. Right click on the shortcut icon and select Properties. Click the Compatibility Tab. Check box at bottom to run this program as an administrator. Click Apply and then OK. Now when you open the software it is going to require you to give permission to allow the software to make changes to your computer (each time you open). I suspect it may take you back to Registration again. Email your new Machine ID and I can create one more registration number to try. However, I still need the complete CD key for Mobile sent to me.
