I would try every backup file you may have in your pocessions and start restoing into a different project just for testing. Unfortunately, it sounds as though your project backups are not complete, thus why we cannot restore. If you need further help with this issue, you will need to purchase the USP so you can call our support department to see what other options we can look at to get this issue resolved.
