You should be unzipping right to the USB, so we know all the extracted files are getting to the TitanRT. Since you are getting all these error, it would be best if you give us a call at 800-282-4103 so we can get the Computer files open to verify everything updated correctly. There is also another update that I would like to give you, so if you could call we can go over all this.
