When going to Record Payment/Purchase or the Record Income or Sales - after selecting the Vendor or Purchaser, there is a Red Pencil button (right of the Vendor name) that automatically saves the last 10 transactions used with this Account. If wanting to setup a Template during a transaction, check the box to Add to list of Templates. Once the transaction has been recorded the next time you select same Vendor and click the Red pencil button list will be templates with green pencil icons that stay permanently, or the ones with Red Pencil icons will always be the most current last 10 transactions to select.
