When fields are setup as share crop 100% Landlord, it can only get costs of what the farmer supply would be. If they record the farming operation first before purchasing the inventory, this would cause the problem. I suspect some of the inventory was on the books and other supplies were not, when the job was imported or recorded manually, causing the problem. The software is programmed to look at the inventory on the books to assign a cost of a supply for a Landlord share cost. If the inventory is not there is has to use zero. Hope this makes sense.

Before billing the Landlord, the Job can be edited and the supply be deleted. Check the inventory report to see if supplies show up correctly with costs. If so, then can edit same job adding the same Input back again. The correct cost, should now show when billing landlord.
