There is still an issue in the 2016.04 version, where the equipment costs got corrected but the people labor costs did not. On the Equipment can you verify when printing by a date range for current year if there really has been a cost allocated to Inputs?

In version 2016 you can right click on the icon and select Properties, there will be an option to change icon. Here should be listed the original FW icon. Select and tap OK. Just as an FYI, when updating to vs 2017 desktop software it no longer carries the FW name, it is called Trimble Ag Solutions and will no longer have the option to switch the icon back to the FW logo.
